By accessing and using StartNCharge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include EV charging stations, mobile applications, RFID card, QR code and related services.

2. Service Description

StartNCharge provides electric vehicle charging services through our network of charging stations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Account

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Charging Sessions

  • Sessions are billed per kWh consumed or per minute, as displayed at the charging station
  • Pricing may vary by location and time of day
  • You are responsible for vehicle compatibility with our chargers
  • Unplug your vehicle promptly after charging completes

5. Payments

  • All charges are processed through your registered payment method
  • We may pre-authorize amounts before charging begins
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days when applicable

6. User Responsibilities

  • Use equipment properly and report any damage immediately
  • Don't vandalize or tamper with charging equipment
  • Park appropriately and don't block other EV charging spots
  • Follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Vehicle damage during charging (unless caused by our gross negligence)
  • Electrical issues with your vehicle
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Third-party actions at charging locations

8. Safety

  • Follow all electrical safety precautions
  • Don't use damaged charging cables
  • Keep charging area clear of hazards
  • Report safety concerns immediately

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized use of services
  • Failure to pay charges
